Waiting for the best and the right decision will only keep you exactly where you are — stagnant.
There’s no universal right or wrong. What’s good for one person may not be good for another, and more importantly, what’s right depends entirely on your context and circumstances. Circumstances change — and so does what’s right for you.
What matters is moving from where you are.
What matters is making a decision and taking action.
Assess the situation, take a decision, think through the possible outcomes, and prepare yourself mentally for what comes next.
Life is like a game of snakes and ladders. You have to move to actually be in the game. Sometimes you’ll land on a ladder that lifts you higher. Sometimes a snake will bite and pull you back down. But when you start again from there, you may just find a ladder that takes you even higher than you could have reached if the snake had never bitten you at all.
Who’s to say which path leads you closer to where you’re truly meant to be?
Decide to keep moving.
